Hamlet, the Prince of Denmark, finds himself in a deep state of grief and depression after the sudden death of his father, the King, followed by his newly widowed mother, Queen Gertrude, quickly remarrying to his uncle, Claudius, who has become the new King. However, when a message comes to him from beyond the grave, Hamlet considers a plot for revenge against his uncle, causing a chain reaction of madness, murder, unrequited love, and fateful tragedy.
