Fan Casting Cassie Hack in Hack/Slash

Cassandra Hack grew up in a small town in western Wisconsin with her overbearing, eccentric mother; the cook at the local high school cafeteria. Cassie grew into a bitter teenager, considered a freak by her classmates. Then students started to disappear. Cassie's mother had been killing students who bullied her daughter, and thrust her head into a boiling pot of gravy when confronted, leaving Cassie an orphan.
But her mother wasn't done with her yet. At her new school, the resurrected Lunch Lady began another killing spree, and Cassie herself was forced to put her down.
Driven by guilt and lacking any connection to anyone or anyplace, Cassie became a hunter of killers.
