The story takes girls Cleo,Bella and Rikki to Florida's coast greatcollege "Sunnybay" As the girls are looking around they meet Emma,Cleo and Rikki's old time friend who left to travel the world,Emma transfers to the college to learn more about photography ,Emma and Bella finally meet face-to-face,Emma then tells the girls that Elliot is in 11th grade now,The girls then discover a new island also created by a comet ,Inside the island is a heart-shaped moon pool which has thesame powers as the moon pool at mako island,The girls find out that Charlotte is back and holds a great threat,new characters and old one appear
