Synopsis

I used to watch to original as a kid but decided to come up with my own take of a reboot concept. I included a new original character that ties into their powers and reveal secrets from the past. 3 girls attending college in Australia explore Mako Island for artifacts where unbeknownst to them discover a crystal grotto that gives them the ability to turn into mermaids. Alongside discovering their powers, they also awaken an amnestic ancient warrior trying to discover his past while helping out his new friends.

Description of Emma Gilbert:

Emma was the top swimmer of her school and had potential to participate in the Olympics. Prior to her attending college in Sydney, she suffered an accident to her leg and couldn't fully swim as she used to having to participate in special needs classes and physical therapy along with having to wear a knee brace. Arriving at Mako Island, the crystal grotto actually healed her leg but also giving her a mermaid tail.
