Fan Casting H-E-R-O

When teen genius Robby Reed stumbles across a mysterious phone dial, he analyzes it and learns that it is enchanted and can grant him the ability to transform into a random hero by dialing “H-E-R-O”. At home, he is often mistreated by his father, who also acts fairly shifty. Robby decides to use this to do good, and after making headlines, a powerful villain shows up, but something about him seems a little too familiar.
