Helena Armstrong is an orphaned girl with a passion for gymnastics. She works unhappily as a maid in a coffee shop. One day, she finds a mysterious letter and applies to a gymnastics school called Gynmastics High School, which she happily accepts. However, Rachel Falconer, a rich and popular gymnast, is not very pleased with Helena. She has her assistants, her childhood friend James, a playful inventor, and her friend and maid Connie, to help her become the successful gymnast she always dreamed of.
