Brash space adventurer Paige Quill finds herself the quarry of relentless bounty hunters after she steals an orb coveted by Rona, a powerful villain. To evade Rona, Quill is forced into an uneasy truce with four disparate misfits: gun-toting Roquette Raccoon, treelike-humanoid Groot, enigmatic Gamorus, and vengeance-driven Drax the Destroyer.
