Synopsis

Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars is a 2009 action-adventure video game developed by Rockstar Leeds and published by Rockstar Games for the Nintendo DS, Sony PlayStation Portable, iOS and Android devices. It was originally released on March 17, 2009. It is the thirteenth installment in the Grand Theft Auto series, and the fourth title to be specifically developed for handheld consoles.

Description of Wu "Kenny" Lee:

The leader of the Lee Clan within the Triad organizations of Liberty City, Uncle Kenny is from the old school. He likes his suits double breasted, his platitudes from a fortune cookie, and his payments in cash. Uncle Kenny wants control of the Triads, and there is little that he won't ask Huang to do for him to get it.
