A fin-headed, slightly fussy Green Lantern from Sector 2813, Tomar-Re was a close friend of Abin Sur and one of Hal's first guides on Oa. He is prissy, loyal, and well-meaning, often exasperated by Hal's disregard for Corps protocol. Despite his comedic demeanor, Tomar-Re carries genuine grief for Abin and a steadfast commitment to the Corps—serving as a reminder that even the most unassuming Lanterns are heroes.
