Synopsis

The New Earth Lanterns, Guy Gardener, Simon Baz and Jessica Cruz are training as extra officers for Sector 2814 they are being trained by Alan Scott after the Steppenwolf attack on Earth. They meet a new villain Star Sapphire, who is the new queen of the Zamarons and intends to bring order to the sector in its own violent way and fight the Green Lanterns. John Stewart at the request of Hal Jordan gives a tip for them to take down the threat, but the threat has a deep connection to Jordan's past. Meanwhile, Scott and Katma Tui are on a secret mission to investigate the activity of the Five Inversions in the desolate sector of Vega.

Description of Green Lantern 2814.3 (Special participation):

African-American, a former Marine and also an architect, John is a black representative against racism in the United States. Stewart refused to wear a mask, maintaining his public identity. An important point was his romance with Katma Tui, originally from the same planet as Sinestro, he sends a message to the other Lanterns at Hal's request.
