Story Plot
A new assassin has come to play in Star City. Constantine Drakon, a skilled martial artist, has come to Star City to rule the criminal underworld. Green Arrow may not be able to fight this powerful alone. He will be needing help from the newest vigilante Black Canary, and a young man who has been following him trying to become his protege. Is Oliver ready to expand his circle of trust?
