Olivia Queen and Dylan Lance have returned to Star City where as they have taken under a new protege, Connor Hawke, a teenager who is connected to Olivia’s past from the island Lian Yu. A Mad woman serial killer, Onomatopoeia, has hunted down amateur heroes in Star City and Olivia and her team are on this Masked Woman hit list. Flashback to Lian Yu, and we follow Olivia’s final times on the Island, she and Shade encounter a woman, Simone Lacroix, who leads an expedition to finish a prophecy, to find “enlightenment”, she looks for. But Simone isn’t who she seems, as Olivia discovers more about her ship wreck to the Island.
