DCEU Reboot (Phase 3)
Relatively successful in his fight against crime and the corrupt Star City, Oliver Queen decides to devote himself fully to the Green Arrow. Appointing a replacement for him in his company, dropping the life of billionaire playboy, helping charities; all seemed well for the vigilante until the arrival of a new criminal named Count Vertigo, who plans to destroy Queen in every way possible.
