However when a government official is found dead with one of his Arrows, they find him and reveal its Oliver Queen. They arrest him send him to Supermax: a prison made for the worst of the worst villains. Oliver Queen plans to escape Supermax with a group of villains and clear his name, while stopping Marcus Cross, a powerful CEO.
