The thirteenth Extended Universe DC film tells the story of Oliver Queen of how an arrogant millionaire became a hero. In his first mission, Oliver must save a princess who is now queen and is being hunted by her uncle, Count Vertigo and Merlin, Oliver will count on an unusual help from Dinah Lance for whom he begins to have a romantic interest.
