Synopsis

The thirteenth Extended Universe DC film tells the story of Oliver Queen of how an arrogant millionaire became a hero. In his first mission, Oliver must save a princess who is now queen and is being hunted by her uncle, Count Vertigo and Merlin, Oliver will count on an unusual help from Dinah Lance for whom he begins to have a romantic interest. Post Credits Scene: Oliver discovers through Merlyn that in a small town a man who kills people believing in peace is on the loose Oliver decides to go there for a full stop.

Description of Count Werner Zytle (Count Vertigo):

Raised in a noble family, Vertigo was trained in classic martial combat and the sports of boxing, fencing and equestrian. He was also trained in judo and karate. His "Vertigo Effect" is used to disorient his enemies, he wants to kill his niece so that he can become King.
