Story Plot
Five years ago, billionaire playboy Oliver Queen was stranded on an island in the North China Sea and presumed dead. Now, he's returned home to Star City, where he uses his skills with a bow to fight crime as the Green Arrow. Investigating the disappearance of the homeless population, he crosses paths with the Black Canary and the two team up.
