Synopsis

When the Queen of Vlatava is murdered during an unofficial visit to Star City, it's up to the hero Oliver Queen to track down the culprit. And it looks like he's going to have some help, in the form of a tough vigilante with a voice that could break an armored car. What could go wrong? Count Vertigo, Deadshot, Brick will participate. Post Credit: Oliver is in his apartment and wakes up because of a noise. He grabs his bow only to see Flash. Barry tells him they need to talk about the Justice League. Post Credit: John Diggle meets with Amanda Waller at Argus, saying he is interested in a job

Description of Count Vertigo:

Count Werner Vertigo is the last descendant of a royal family in the small Balkan country of Vlatvia, until the end of World War II when it was enveloped by the Soviet Union. Count Vertigo first appeared in Star City, attempting to steal back the family jewels his parents had sold when they escaped to England after the war.
