Oliver Queen is an eccentric young man and millionaire, honest and enterprising. Oliver suffers an attack by his bodyguard Hackett which throws him into the sea and considers him dead, but Oliver survives on an island where he discovers a drug trafficking network led by China White and her ex-bodyguard Hackett, Oliver will train with a bow and arrow to free those who are enslaved and forced to work in the opium fields of the island. Oliver will transform into someone else in Green Arrow.
