Back in his city after 5 years on a lost island in the Pacific Ocean that have changed him, Oliver Queen sees how his city has sunk into the abyss. He use his archery skills and his money to become a vigilante helping the poor. But "Brick", the city's biggest underworld godfather, hired some assassins to kill him.
