The owl mother. Ancient, wheelchair-bound, and sharper than glass. A member of the Court of Owls and mother of Oswald Cobblepot, whom she rejected for his stature and strangeness. Her first instinct when the Knights infiltrate the Court is execution. She attends the Orchard Hotel masquerade celebrating Bruce Wayne's death. When the League of Shadows attacks, she doesn't fight—she flees. She drains her accounts and vanishes into the world, unpunished and unrepentant, a ghost in a wheelchair who chose the Court over her son and will die in some distant country entirely alone.
