As they try to protect Gotham City they face a deadly secret society known as the Court of Owls that control Gotham City in elections and power. The team investigates the Court and their history in Gotham. They learn that Gothams own mayor, Jacob Kane. With only themselves, Alfred and police captain Renee Montoya, they will do everything they can to protect Gotham City
