Synopsis

In the same vein as Smallville High, but a cop show parody similar to Fillmore, but with elements of 90s teen dramas like Dawson’s Creek and My So-Called Life. Instead of the precinct and vigilantes, we have the prefects, who are basically advanced hall monitors, and take their jobs a touch too seriously….then again, Gotham High’s students commit some elaborate infractions. And in the midst of it all is brooding, 90s anti hero teen Bruce Wayne.

The editor of the Gotham Gazette who consistently tips off the prefects…after being coaxed into helping by her ex, Bruce. Constantly stumbling into enough trouble that she needs frequent rescuing. Still lowly regards the prefects.
