Synopsis

In the same vein as Smallville High, but a cop show parody similar to Fillmore, but with elements of 90s teen dramas like Dawson’s Creek and My So-Called Life. Instead of the precinct and vigilantes, we have the prefects, who are basically advanced hall monitors, and take their jobs a touch too seriously….then again, Gotham High’s students commit some elaborate infractions. And in the midst of it all is brooding, 90s anti hero teen Bruce Wayne.

The single-minded Head Prefect of Gotham High. Rich and well liked, despite acting like a noir private eye. Wants to erase petty crime from the halls of Gotham High, but constantly stumbles on bigger issues than he initially anticipated.
