(From Wikipedia) The series takes place in the DC Universe's Batman mythos and follows Olive Silverlock, a teenage girl, and her friends as they encounter the mysteries and threats of Gotham's most prestigious prep school, Gotham Academy, which happens to be just across the road from the Arkham Asylum. This is live-action so one giant disclaimer: because this is a series that involves teenagers in most of the main cast, this might involve a bit of Dawson-style casting or casting teenagers and hoping this page doesn't become dated in five years.read more

Description of Simon Trent:

The drama teacher of Gotham Academy, before that he was a successful actor, who often competed against Basil Karlo. Karlo would come to resent Trent because of Trent "stealing" his roles -- and his wife Katherine. Years later, the criminal would track Trent down and try to get his revenge, but he was stopped thanks to the timely intervention of Olive Silverlock. Sadly the late great Adam West is no longer with us
