Synopsis

This story takes place in the town of Encino California where 4 friends that getting ready for halloween when all of sudden there's some odd activity going on so they must get help with famous horror author R.L. Stine to stop the troublesome spirits from haunting the neighborhood.

Description of Masked Mutant:

The Masked Mutant is the main antagonist of the 25th Goosebumps book, Attack of the Mutant. He is an evil supervillain who has his own comic book series that has the power to turn into anything in order to defeat his enemies, which includes the League of Good Guys, but one day grew bored of fighting his current enemies and wanted a new challenge in a new foe for his comics, which he found in a boy named Skipper Matthews, his biggest fan and the protagonist of the story.
