  • Plot: In the near dystopian future, all animatronics now live the way humanity lives, and Golden Freddy has taken to life as a mercenary who murders those who harm civilians for a living. • Golden Freddy kills his traitorous younger brother, Spring Bonnie for trying to kill Freddy, and the cops start chasing him. He manages to escape, but Freddy angrily sends his aggressive best friend, Foxy, after Golden Freddy. He gains the upper hand against Foxy, but refuses to kill him, and instead chooses to tell him that they are afraid and distrustful of the wrong thing, indicating that a huge thunderstorm is what they should be afraid of.
  • Freddy refuses to listen to Golden Freddy's warning, and fortifies his own home, formerly his pizzeria. Meanwhile, police captain Michael Afton, who is reluctant to arrest Golden Freddy due to knowing the truth about him, joins Freddy and his team to capture Golden Freddy alive.
  • Golden Freddy hands himself over to Freddy, despite the Puppet's tearful protests, and Freddy aggressively interrogates him. Bonnie tries to reason with Freddy to get him to calm down, but Freddy disowns him, and demands that Golden Freddy tells him why he killed Candy. He replies "He murdered families, including children. He deserved to die." Freddy reluctantly believes him after he says that he will keep saying the same reply until he stops punching him. Golden Freddy's nemesis, Redbear, arrives and brutalizes Freddy before Golden Freddy carries him and manages to escape with his friends.
  • Freddy nearly dies, but Golden Freddy sedates him, saving his life just as Redbear catches up and attacks him. He gains the upper hand, but Golden Freddy, much smarter than most realize, grabs an axe and beheads Redbear, killing him. The Puppet asks him where he will go and how he will live now, to which he replies "Same as always.... fighting and fighting until I die."
  • In a mid-credits scene, the thunderstorm that Golden Freddy has foretold, was created by a "Project Soledozer" in Redbear's International Factory, indicating that the storm was created as a backup plan in case Redbear was killed.
