Guillermo del Toro's Godzilla Trilogy (Volume I)
In 1947, Godzilla rampages through Tokyo, turning the city into a sea of fire overnight, before disappearing into Tokyo Bay. Over the years, people simply thought that Godzilla wasn't more than just a myth, but years later, in 1954, that all changed when Godzilla appears for the first time in years. The JSDF is put on high alert and must find a way to stop Godzilla before he destroys all of Japan.
