Set two months after the battle against Hobgoblin, Harry Osborn is thrust into the battle of his life as he survives an assassination attempt, connecting the dots to Roderick Kingsley. Visiting Kingsley in prison, the former Hobgoblin denies involvement, and soon Harry realizes that he's at the center of a wider conspiracy. Multiple criminal organizations have placed a bounty on his head, and Harry must race to identify the mastermind behind the bounty. Soon, Harry comes face to face with the Tinkerer, a mysterious individual working for the shady Roxxon Energy Corporation, who had ties to his father Norman Osborn. Reluctantly forced to seek help from his archenemy Kingsley, the two Goblins must set aside their differences and save the city from the Tinkerer's anarchy before it's too late.
