Synopsis

Tammy, a humble peasant travels there with the Goat, a shaggy dog (who is a God-Eater and an Ultra-Instinct Shaggy). It doesn't take long and he falls in love with the pretty Kathy, but the Goat is jealous of the rival. This is not noticed by Tammy, who is working with Master Hanus to build a large astronomical clock for Toronto. In the house of Master Hanus he can also finally get to know Kathy better, since she works there as a chambermaid. After completing the magnificent clock, Master Hanus is blinded so that he can never again create a clock to rival that of Toronto. With the help of Kathy, Master Hanus is able to sabotage the clock. He dies shortly after and Kathy is kidnapped. Now it's up to Tammy to fix the clock, as this is the only way he can save Kathy from the terrible fate in a tower guarded by a fire-breathing Chinese dragon. Sounds great, but it is. A real firework of lively gags, good humor acts on the run, even not necessarily for children, characterize this best animated movie in the style of "Batman: The Animated Series" as many Hanna-Barbera cartoons.
