Story Plot

First Lieutenant Tetsuya "Ted" Tsurugi is a hotshot helicopter pilot in the Japanese Ground Self-Defense Forces (JGSDF, Japanese Army). Aided by his trusty childhood friend and military academy classmate Jun Hono (also an Army lieutenant and a communications officer) and "orphaned" younger friend Shiro Kabuto, he must fight off remnants of Dr. Hell's forces (as his younger stepbrother Koji Kabuto did before him), which devise a regroup and counterattack on the Kabuto Defense Research Facility.
