Elijah Price, the "Man who breaks", in a psychiatric hospital for nineteen years after having committed attacks to reveal the powers of Dunn, awaits this confrontation from his cell. However, Doctor Ellie Staple wants to bring them together to free them from what she considers delusional and convince them that their superhuman abilities are just an illusion.
