2 Years After Ranger II:General Stone, a General in the U.S. Military gets sucked into quicksand and forced to be left behind because of The Blue Skull Being after his Infantry. While Sunken in the Quicksand, heart clogged by the sand and 6 Feet deep, the sand interacts with the radiation, turning him into a Sand Beast. He rampages through the City of San Francisco and Ranger Blub must face his old friend in order for the Safety of the city.
