This is a casting of the cancelled 2011 Imagi Studios movie, Gatchaman. Hence the name, it is based off of Science Ninja Team Gatchaman, an anime of the past. Gatchaman is a canceled superhero movie, set against the backdrop of an alien threat of world domination and the epic battle this ignites. To be brought to the big screen in spectacular stereoscopic 3D, this CG-animated motion picture will deliver a feast for the eyes in exceptional weaponry, distinctive strike vehicles and light-speed action sequences, all played against a dazzling futuristic visualization... If it can, that is. This fast-paced sci-fi action-thriller focuses on a lone-wolf maverick youth (Joe) who, together with a team of teenage superheroes (Ken, Jun, Jinpei, Ryu), finds his destiny in defending Earth against the dark forces of Galactor, led by Berg Katse.
