Story Plot
Years after the event of the first movie, Luke Rhodes, the son of police officer Michael Rhodes has followed his father's footsteps into being an officer in his department. He soon discovers that white supremacists within the police department are behind a recent wave of racist activity, much like what his father has faced back then.
