The story of the young drop-out school boy whose kicked in by his principal to polite him. Before, the school principal was murdered and stole the school kids stuff from the office. The boy is following the car and it was the lady inside the stretch limo to the laboratory. He's killed with the bicycle explosive and the big boulder crushed on the lady. The police helped the boy to become the Gadget Boy by Dr. Bradford. The Gadget Boy is teaching by Dr. Bradford about the police inspector, Gadget, works for the power in the N.S.A. chip for the Manual. Soon, he's going to find the lady in the warehouse of Dr. Claw hangout.
