Simon Riley Ghost joins the military after the September 11 attack occurs, leading him to a path where he eventually joins task force 141 as a commanding officer. However Ghost is tested in every skill possible when toxic gas is released within Verdansk and the 'friendlies' start to attack Ghost and his team.
