A spoiled rich boy named Sebastian Tanner (who feels ignored by his rich father) teases and harasses his college schoolmates even though he does not know why he wants to hurt all the people around him. His sociopathic antics bring bad consequences for him when his actions drive one of his classmates to suicide. Realizing he is completely ostracized, Sebastian walks into the ocean to drown himself.
