In 1925, police detective Robert Walton comes across the case of Victor Frankenstein, the only surviving member of the Frankenstein crime family. A string of grisly murders have plagued the small town and Victor is the prime suspect. However, he claims that it is the work of a violent, behemoth-like monster. Is he telling the truth? Or has he truly gone mad?
