Madame Foster has sadly passed on, leaving the house to Frankie in her will. Frankie is now the Madame of the house, raising her 8 year old son Ian with the help of Mac, Goo and all of their friends! He helps out as much as he can but always seems to still end up in sticky situations with Bloo around. He tries to be a good male role model for Ian but will always be a kid at heart.
