Story Plot
After being struck by lightning, forensic scientist Barry Allen gains the powers of super speed. Barry fights a thug named Leonard Snart and arrests him. In Prison, Snart starts work on an ice gun that could potentially stop Flash in his tracks and allow him to get revenge.
