Story Plot
When Metro City Mayor and former pro wrestler Mike Haggar learns that his daughter Jessica has been kidnapped by the Mad Gear crime syndicate, he teams up with her street tough boyfriend Cody, and Cody's best friend Guy, a Bushin Ninja to rescue her.
