Kinji Takigawa (キンジ・タキガワ) is StarNinger (スターニンジャー Sutā Ninjā), the Sixth Ranger of the Ninningers. Kinji is 21 years old at the beginning of the series.[1] He was the oldest member out of the six Ninningers.
