Head Ratte is the secondary antagonist of Hanna-Barbera's 1982 animated film Heidi's Song. He is a sadistic rat with a fedora and the leader of a gang of murderous rats who attempt to hurt Heidi.
He was voiced by the late Sammy Davis Jr..
Obviously, don't nominate any human characters. Hybrids like Cheetah or The Lizard are okay, as are shapeshifters with one set animal form (eg Professor McGonagall.)
