Splash Warfly, known in Japan as Splash Uofly[1] (スプラッシュ・ウオフライ Supurasshu Uofurai), is a flying fish based Reploid and one of the Mavericks in Mega Man X7, being a member of the Red Alert vigilante syndicate.
Obviously, don't nominate any human characters. Hybrids like Cheetah or The Lizard are okay, as are shapeshifters with one set animal form (eg Professor McGonagall.)
