Fan Casting Fear Of The Batman

New Year's Day, Gotham City. Following The Penguin's relocation to the hospital unit in Blackgate Prison from his attacks by Poison Ivy, one of The Penguin's former workers, Roman Sionis, rises to power as Gotham's new kingpin. As if this isn't bad enough for Batman, he must also find a villain who is using toxic gases to simulate people's worst nightmares, as well as find a new sidekick following Robin's life-threatening injures from the last film.
