Story Plot

A high speed chase on the freeways of Los Angeles reveals a turf war between two competing car theft rings. Lieutenant Baynes decides to send Officer Martinez, a young streetwise cop to infiltrate one of the all-girl crews controlled by Mama, falling in love with a fellow undercover cop from a rival gang.
