Dom Toretto meets Brian O'Conner's youngest brother who happens to be a grease monkey/car enthusiast/great driver. Dom's family gets abducted. With the whole crew including Brian O'Conner's youngest brother (Bieber), they ride to save Dom's family and stop whoever's behind the abduction (or something like that)
