Fantastic Four (stylized as Fant4stic in all caps) is a 2015 superhero film based on the Marvel Comics superhero team and was directed and written by Brad Bird. It is the nineteenth film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). Ioan Gruffudd, Jessica Alba, Chris Pine and Michael Chiklis reprise their roles as the Fantastic Four. They are joined by Chadwick Boseman, Danai Gurira, Martin Freeman, Angela Bassett, John Kani, Tenoch Huerta Mejía, Mabel Cadena, Andy Serkis and Julian McMahon. The film sees The Fantastic Four trying to stop a growing war between the Wakandas and the Atlantians, all the while facing the ultimate threat of Dr Doom.
