After The Events of Avengers: And Beyond, Steve Rogers resigned from being Captain America. Falcon was supposed to be handed the role, but the government gave the power to John Walker. Now Falcon, Winter Soldier, and Forbush Man fight to not only get the title back in the hands of Falcon, but also to fight a terrorist group who believed life was better during the blip.
